Coconut oil in solid form will transform to liquid at temperatures above 75°̊F (24°̊C). All nutrition properties remain the same in either solid or liquid state. Store at 59°̊- 86°̊F(15°̊- 30°̊C). No refrigeration required.

Ingredients: 2 1⁄2 tbsp coconut oil | 6 green onions, white parts thinly sliced green parts sliced and reserved | 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced | 2 garlic cloves, minced | 1⁄2 tsp ground coriander | 1 lb large shrimp, shelled | 1⁄2 tsp kosher salt | 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Directions: 1) Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add white onion slices (reserve green portions), ginger, and garlic and cook, while stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds. 2) Add coriander and cook an additional 30 seconds. 3) Toss in the shrimp and salt, and cook, continuing to toss, until shrimp are opaque, 2 to 3 minutes. 4) Stir in the onion pieces and cook until wilted, 10 to 15 seconds; season with lemon juice and pepper. Enjoy!
Ingredeints: 120 ml (1/2 cup) coconut oil, melted | 200 g (1 cup) granulated sugar | 1 tsp vanilla extract | 3 large eggs | 70 g (1/2 cup) plain flour | 40 g (1/2 cup) cocoa powder | 75 g (1/2 cup) chocolate chips
Directions: 1) Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F) standard / 160 °C (320 °F) fan-forced. Line an 8 inch square baking tin with baking or parchment paper. 2) In a large bowl, add coconut oil, sugar and vanilla and mix briefly. 3) In a separate bowl, add eggs and whisk with a fork for approximately 30 seconds or until combined. 4) Add eggs to sugar mixture, along with cocoa powder, flour and chocolate chips. Gently mix with a spoon or spatula to combine. Pour into prepared tin. 5) Bake for approximately 28-30 minutes or until a fork inserted in the middle comes out clean. Leave to cool slightly before removing from pan.
Ingredients: 3 tbsp coconut oil | 1/3 cup of high quality popcorn kernels | 1 tbsp or more (to taste) of coconut oil (optional) | Salt to taste
Directions: Place popcorn and oil in a 3-quart pot over medium heat and cover the pot with a lid. Shake the pot constantly as popcorn pops. When popping slows to a few seconds in-between pops, after about 3 to 5 minutes, remove pot from heat and pour popcorn into a large bowl. Season with sea salt and coconut oil.
Ingredients: 2 tbsp of melted coconut oil.
Directions: 1) To start, use a spray bottle to wet your hair. 2) Apply the warm (not hot) coconut oil evenly over your damp hair. Part your hair to apply the coconut oil in manageable sections. 3) Apply more coconut oil to the driest sections of your hair, typically the ends, and less on the healthier parts of your hair, typically near the scalp. 4) Once you’ve coated all your hair, place a shower cap over your head. 5) Let the mask sit for 1 to 2 hours. Some people like to leave the mask on their hair overnight for deeper conditioning. 6) Rinse out with lukewarm water, and shampoo and condition as normal.
